The Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal
This year is the 100th anniversary of the British Legion's Poppy Appeal. Thank you to everyone that has contributed to the appeal. We had a lovely assembly to commemorate Remembrance Day where one of our parents, Simon Flores, was able to join us. He was injured during the Iraq War and was able to share his experiences with the children. .
The Year 6 children visited Failsworth War Memorial on Thursday morning and placed their poppy wreath alongside the other wreaths.
